As many of you know I was recently looking for a condo to rent downtown within walking distance to the office. I recruited the assistance of Stacey Emerson with Royal LePage. I was fortuante enough to have found Stacey when I stepped into my first Open House that she was showing. Her courteous and professional demeanour drew me toward her. Over the past several months, Stacey was there every step of the way, especially during the time when my mom was out of country. Stacey always made herself available to answer any questions and helped me find a home in the location and criteria I wanted. 

Knowledge, integrity, patience and understanding are values that are most commendable to Realtors and Stacey possesses all those and more! It was a real pleasure working with someone whose primary interest was to find me what I wanted. Both my mom and myself are grateful and we will not only be references for life, but also friends.

Stacey did an amazing job finding me exactly what I was looking for in a townhouse - even though at times I thought I was looking for the impossible!  She was professional, patient, very knowledgeable and a true pleasure to work with.  Stacey  is a strong negotiator  but also, very courteous and pleasant.  She went above and beyond what I expected.  I would certainly recommend Stacey to anyone looking to buy or sell their house.
